Our attention has been drawn to a “WORLD SUMMIT ON HUMAN RIGHTS 2023”, featuring the presentation of Goodwill Ambassador Awards, Human Rights Person of Year, and others; in the name of the unscrupulous and fraudulent group parading themselves off as the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC).

We would like to categorically state that this event is being organized by unscrupulous and malicious individuals led by SHAHID AMIN KHAN who’s currently serving a jail term in Pakistan; they have no affiliation with the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) led by the Secretary-General Prof. h.c. Rafal Marcin Wasik.

Misleading information was falsely issued by their Press Information & Public Relations Department, stressing that the International Human Rights Commission decided to organize the 7th edition of World Summit on Human Rights 2023 in-person (with virtual arrangements) from 22nd to 24th May 2023, with the theme, “TOGETHER, WE HAVE THE POWER TO RESHAPE THE WORLD “BUILD BACK BETTER FUTURE FOR ALL GENERATIONS”.

This unscrupulous group is impersonating our name and logo in an attempt to deceive and misinform members of the public. We caution members of the public principally partners of the aforementioned fake event, prospective nominees, that all information emanating from them including this event is not from the International Human Rights Commission IHRC, and should, therefore, be disregarded and dismissed with the contempt it deserves.

… Beware of Fake Human Rights Activist from Pakistan, SHAHID AMIN KHAN.

It has come to our notice that some unscrupulous persons under the awful leadership of SHAHID AMIN KHAN a citizen of Pakistan who’s claiming to be the World Chairman of IHRC are parading themselves off as representing or being affiliated with the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) Switzerland. They have been appropriating parts of our brand identity and photographs of members of our leadership with the intent to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.

SHAHID AMIN KHAN is currently serving in prison in Pakistan for financial crimes and other offenses he committed. The Founders of International Human Rights Commission Relief Fund Trust (IHRC RFT) decided to remove him as World Chairman due to the embezzlement of large sums of money taken wrongly from IHRC members around the world.

SHAHID AMIN KHAN and his unscrupulous group are issuing FAKE DIPLOMATIC documents using an illegal IHRC logo registered under the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC).

For the avoidance of doubt, the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) under the Secretary-General Prof. h.c. Rafal Marcin Wasik is a Transnational Intergovernmental Foundation based in Zurich Switzerland (CHE-388.075.145) and does not solicit nor accept money from anyone for investments or to participate in trading activities of any kind. IHRC shall not be responsible for and expressly disclaims all liabilities for, damages of any kind arising out of the use of, reference to, or reliance on any information contained on the aforementioned website.

The general public should take note as anyone who engages with the said PERSON (SHAHID AMIN KHAN) or any other platform and material promoted by these imposters does so at their own risk. Therefore, we firmly denounce this fraudulent and unscrupulous impersonation, and as a result, we alert the general public to this urgent situation.

IHRC is a trademark owned by International Human Rights Commission and is protected by the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Impersonators, scammers, and criminals abusing the INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, will be denounced to the proper authorities and prosecuted accordingly. IHRC is in contact with the Government of Pakistan for legal proceedings against SHAHID AMIN KHAN.
