The Shri Hela Higher Education Academy jointly run by the International Human Rights Commission and The Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation, and Mirigama susara art Institute of Mirigama Divisional Secretariat Division, Gampaha District, Western Province, ( Mitigama Susara art Institute Registration number : SHCCF/Art Institute/00011/24) ” The pahimpath Kalaeli festival ” of the children who studied subject of dance was held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the Maha Viharaya in the presence of Sasanawardana, Mirigama.
International Human Rights Commission, Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation, Lanka Human Rights Organization, All Christian Rights protection organization , Kuveni woman and children rights protection Foundation and Sri Lankan Youth Api Foundation together awarded of the certificate for the children, who studied dance correctly several villages belonging to the Mirigama Divisional Secretariat Division, .
According to Dr. Chrishantha Dissanayake, the Sri Lankan Commissioner of the International Human Rights Commission, under the initiative of Mrs. Taxila Sadamali Ariyaratne, Director of Gampaha District Cultural Affairs of Shri Hela Cultural Collaboration Foundation, Mrs. Nalika Suriyaarachchi, Mrs. Menaka Rajapaksa, Mrs. Akila Vimansi, Mrs. Mudita Priyangani, Mrs. Malsha Pradhibonini. Mrs. Madhushika , Mrs. Jeevanthi, Mrs. Hiruni Madhushika, Mrs. Oshadhi Bipasha, Mrs. Eshani Chamodhi, Mrs. Nadisha Sadapiyumi, Mrs. Chamodhi Oshadhi, Miss Oshadhi Bipasha and Miss Dinathma Randuli together taught the subject of dance free for the students .
