										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>IHRC Secretary-General, Rafał, Assumes New Role as European Ambassador<br /><br />The Secretary-General of the Transnational Intergovernmental Organization International Human Rights Commission-IHRC, Prof. h.c. Rafał Marcin Wasik assumes a new role with the European Commission as European Climate Pact Ambassador with immediate effect.<br /><br />An official correspondence issued by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Climate Action (DG CLIMA) Kurt Vandenberghe, on January 3, 2024, certifies that Rafał Marcin Wasik is currently a European Climate Pact Ambassador.<br /><br />The statement said, “You have completed the onboarding process for our Ambassador program. We are also pleased to inform you that your online profile is now being created on the European Climate Pact website&#8221;.<br /><br />The European Climate Pact is an initiative of the European Commission that provides opportunities for people, communities, and organisations to participate in climate action across Europe to: learn about climate change; develop and implement solutions; connect with others, and maximize the impact of these solutions.</p>

<p><br><strong><em>September 7, 2023</em></strong><br>Towards strengthening transnational relationships between States and advancing partnerships in the fight against human trafficking around the world, the Delegates of the <mark style="background-color:rgba(0,0,0,0);color:#cf2e2e" class="has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color">International Human Rights Commission</mark> (IHRC) led by the Secretary-General <mark style="background-color:rgba(0,0,0,0);color:#00d084" class="has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color">Prof.Rafał Marcin Wasik</mark> from Switzerland, paid a high-level delegation visit to the Director-General National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Prof. Fatima Waziri-Azi on Thursday in Abuja.</p>

<p>Mr. Ahmed Mawas, a delegate from the <mark style="background-color:rgba(0,0,0,0);color:#cf2e2e" class="has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color">International Human Rights Commission</mark> (IHRC) in Northern Syria, was assigned a field visit to Pediatric and Gynecological Cancer Patients in Idlib Hospitals</p>



<p>During the visit, patients and doctors expressed their challenges due to a lack of medicines, appropriate treatment, and the lack of medical capabilities, and laboratory equipment.</p>

<p>The Delegation of the Syrian Center for Human Rights also met with the Director of the University Hospital where Mr. Ahmed Mawas conveyed the solidarity of the International Human Rights Commission led by Prof. h.c. Rafal Marcin Wasik with patients and doctors while submitting their complaints to international organizations for urgent intervention.</p>



<p>“We at IHRC Syria, are appealing to all international organizations, the United Nations, Turkey, and health organizations to provide medicines and special equipment for early examination of cancer diseases quickly and open the crossings with Turkey to treat these patients&#8221;, Ahmed Mawas said.</p>

<p>Note that the number of patients in Northern Syria exceeds 3,000 patients, most of whom are children, and there are a large number of new cases that occur daily. The IHRC team thanked the government in Northwest Syria for its keen interest and cooperation with the team.</p>

<p><br />The Transnational Intergovernmental Organization International Human Rights Commission &#8211; IHRC intensifies its activities for international public security by signing on June 22, 2023 a Memorandum of Understanding with the Subsidiary Organization Interpol Center UN.</p>



<p><br />This Memorandum of Understanding, based on the existing jurisdictions of the Parties, has established cooperation to create, expand and promote modern structures to strengthen public safety, protection of human rights, health and life of people who have been or suffer as a result of crimes or armed conflicts, as well as to train observers and services in improving their procedures and activities for the benefit of society.</p>
