The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) confirms that our Ambassador at Large in Poland, Jacek Bogacz, is subject to criminal proceedings initiated by local authorities. IHRC does not participate in any church or religious activities conducted by Mr. Bogacz, and the organization operates entirely independently of any church or religious institution.

We treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and are fully committed to cooperating with law enforcement authorities to ensure a thorough and transparent clarification of all circumstances. Upon receiving information about the situation, Mr. Bogacz was immediately suspended from all functions and positions within IHRC.
