Human rights commission has been fighting for the rights of the voiceless, oppressed and the less privilege people across the globe. But what baffles me most is when it comes to my context Nigeria where government officials are intimidating the poor citizens that majorly voiced out for rights and who never agree to be exploited. A case study of Hamdiya, a girl from sokoto state of Nigeria who was been humiliated and got disappeared in recent days and allegedly the Governor is the culprit and he’s still moving free after abusing the rights of poor citizens in both angles.

Human rights are the only rights body that stands for Nigerians and Nigerians have hope with. It’s time to be diving into the affairs of the Nigerian’s cases. Because citizens of our nation are facing a serious threat from those in power and our people are living under the dire need of humanitarian support from bodies like you and your alike
