Distinguished gynaecologist and obstetrician Dr Ivan Golubka, MD, PhD, was honoured yesterday with the prestigious “Civis Mundi Sum” medal and official certificate, awarded by the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC). The ceremony was personally conducted by Prof. h.c. Rafał Marcin Wasik, IHRC Secretary – General, Peacemaker, together with M.Sc.
