Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India – October 12, 2025
An inspiring Community Transformation Training Program was successfully held in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, under the banner of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC Corporation). The event brought together youth, community leaders, educators, and representatives of local organisations, all united by a shared vision of empowerment, education, and social change.
Education, Faith and Humanitarian Leadership
The program was led by H.E. Bishop Dr. Samsher Khan, IHRC Peace Ambassador, High Commissioner MNVC SMM IHRC, and IHRC Press Journalist, who delivered a message focused on the values of education, financial freedom, and moral leadership.
During his session titled “Devotional Message – Financial Freedom”, participants reflected on principles drawn from Philippians 4:19, emphasising the role of faith and perseverance in achieving both spiritual and social growth. The training formed part of Cycle I – Evangelion within the IHRC Replication Program 2025–2026.
Collaboration and Shared Commitment
The event was organised by the Uttarakhand Christian Fellowship, with the active support of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC Corporation).
Regional IHRC Coordinator and Investigative Journalist R. Stephen Diyali, together with IHRC volunteers, supervised the event and facilitated the engagement of participants from diverse social and educational backgrounds.
In his address, R. Stephen Diyali expressed deep gratitude to Prof. h.c. Rafal Marcin Wasik, IHRC Secretary-General and Peacemaker, describing him as “a world leader of peace and an inspiration to human rights volunteers across the globe.”
He also thanked Dawid Szablowski, Head of IHRC Press Department, for his consistent support and international coordination of press and communication initiatives.

Empowerment and Transformation
The Ghaziabad training program reflected IHRC’s mission to build inclusive and compassionate societies through education and civic awareness. Participants unanimously agreed that sustainable change begins with knowledge, empathy, and community solidarity.
The event concluded with a group photograph and a shared prayer for peace, unity, and continued humanitarian service under the global banner of IHRC.
