The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC Corporation) proudly announces a milestone achievement: Dr. Adv. Arif Nasir Butt, IHRC Ambassador in India, National President of IHRC (India), and Head of the IHRC Diplomatic Mission in India, has been nominated as National Council Member (NCM) of the Council for Promotion of Social Justice and Empowerment of India (SECI) – a prestigious body working under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
