IHRC Corporation, founded in 2023 in New Mexico by Prof. h.c. Rafaล Marcin Wasik and Maj. Gen. Romanos Raad, is an independent, transnational intergovernmental organization (IGO) operating strictly under international law: the United Nations Charter, the Geneva Convention, the Vienna Convention, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
